The candidate should be looking for an exciting ride. It will be a new challenge and will bring the candidate beyond her/his comfort zone.Seal partnerships with the best barefoot and sustainable children's footwear retailers, always aligned with the company goals.Be an expert in all the areas of barefoot and sustainable children's footwear. In addition, you will be able to inform the management about new requirements for the development and the market situation.Be an expert on how Muris methodology way of working works and apply it perfectly.Be an expert on reporting all sales activity (Calls, Mail, Meetings, etc) and keep detailed notes on leads and opportunities interactions and apply itAnalyze results and identify your opportunities to achieve your targets. Meet input targets and monthly/quarterly objectives defined by the companyContact new retailers to source and negotiate the best conditions for them and MurisBe responsible for the leads clean-up in your pipeline, and keeping your pipeline updated on a daily basisActively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference¿What are we looking for?A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations is a plusMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales (footwear/retail sector will be a plus)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsProblem solving with strong commercial and analytical skillsAutonomous and self motivated who is able to work in a highly demanding environmentA methodological fast learning method and familiar with CRM toolsFull proficiency in Spanish and fluent in English.Availability to travel 50% of your time.An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.Private vehicle for work-related purposesDaily basis in MurisYou will be part of a young team.You will create and develop quality solutions for our reference partners where innovation will be the main character.The well-being of our team is key, so every day we take care to ensure a good working environment in which professionalism goes hand in hand with a welcoming, healthy and fun feeling that characterises us.We stand for authenticity.
