Job DescriptionTo support their growth, they are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Sales team within our Revenue Office.
Missions and ActivitiesAs Sales Manager, you will contribute to driving local and international commercial growth mainly in Europe:
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and account managementDevelop and monitor sales pipelines to ensure order targets are achievedNegotiate pricing and commercial conditions with customers and partnersEnsure proper contractual terms to ensure revenue and profitability targets are achievedCollaborate closely with marketing and customer success teamsPreferred Experience5-10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in BtoB Software sales and/or business developmentProven ability to win new logosA graduate degree in business or engineering sciencesProfessional experience in startups or green techs and SaaS business models is a plusAn understanding of renewable energy and battery systems and relevant professional networks to support sales (e.g. on safety, asset management, EV fleet management, utilities)Proven ability to design and implement successful Challenger sales strategiesIntegrity and enthusiasmStrong presentation and communication skills including experience in contractual negotiationsExperience using CRM tools such as HubSpotFluency in English with proficiency in French and/or another language a plusBased around bigger train stations in Schengen zone, with quick travel to Paris/London possible
