col-wideJob Description:**What you will do at HYVE**:- Working with a team to develop an overall territory account plan and maximize opportunities to generate sales activity with prospects and customers- Identify prospects and new customers in assigned geographic regions (Switzerland)- Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objections in order to maximize opportunities- Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision making personnel to drive the sales process forward- Support the marketing and sales team in all matters related to marketing collateral, sponsorships, events, and internal performance reporting- Ensure tools and processes are implemented correctly within marketing and sales- Regular visits / working sessions in Switzerland- Independent organization of marketing campaigns / event**What you should bring along**:- Experience in sales and marketing- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with prospects and customers- Highly motivated and results oriented- **Ability to speak and write in English, German fluently**- Strong presentation, communication, multitasking and time management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision- Experience with MS Office, CRM and- Working effectively within a virtual team, taking strategic direction from opportunity owners and considering inputs from team membersPlease provide a salary range according to your knowledge and skills**You can do that, too?
