We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the full-time position of Sales Operations Specialist in our Headquarter office in Zaragoza. A Sales Operations Specialist is vital to our organization's supply chain management system. They oversee all aspects of moving products, from the supplier to the customer, ensuring the process runs smoothly and efficiently. Primary responsibility of the Sales Operations Specialist is the day-to-day processing and scheduling of inbound sales and internal orders with emphasis on timely, accurate entry and booking. Manage the day-to-day logistical operations, overseeing inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution. Responsabilities Process and prioritize incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details, shipping documents, taxes, etc. Ensure documentation is accourately processed, distributed and released to carrier, customers and agents in a timely manner. Maintain shipment files and ensure billing is completed within a timely fashion. Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Sales Team and other departments to ensure the timely delivery of goods, fostering cross-functional communication and alignment. Respond to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels. Qualifications/Skills candidate should possess Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3 years of expierience in Operations, Import/Export or Logistics. Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently. Ability to switch gears, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy. Strong critical thinking, problem identification, analysis, corrective action, and closure. Adaptablity and drive including the ability to work under time-related pressures. Microsoft Office competence, advanced spreadsheet skills using Excel. Microsoft NAV - Business Central skills helpful. Must be able to work at the Branch, this is not a remote role. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to communicate complex subject matter in a simple, clear concise manner with internal and external clients.
