David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit German-speaking Sales Representative for their office in Valencia. The successful candidate would be supporting a popular brand of hardware and peripheries. Position: Sales Representative with German Location: Valencia, Spain Employment type:Full-time 39 hours/week DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Take inbound calls from business customers focused on purchase/sales Log all customer contacts in the CRM system Collect relevant information (customer needs, deal qualification) through asking the right questions Execute and achieve sales quota and targets Identify and qualify prospects Focus on driving profitability through proactive management rack, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline Review level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential business Respond and solve incoming customer or partner calls Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound Make outbound calls to existing customers when required REQUIREMENTS: Proficient or bilingual level of German with an advanced English level Have B2B sales experience Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written)including excellent telephone and presentation skills Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals OFFER: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance A dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Guidance and tools to reach your full potential Indefinido contract Relocation support Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30 Great office location in Valencia Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on Career development program and specialized courses #J-18808-Ljbffr
