About Us: KTI Talent Indicator is a leading talent discovery software platform utilizing AI, offering comprehensive talent mapping, assessment, and reskilling services to companies globally.We are currently partnering with a client specializing in high-technology tire products, seeking a dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join their team.Location: Spain (Any city near a port) Sector: Tires Job Description: Join our exclusive Graduate Program designed for 12 months of comprehensive development within our Specialty Tires markets, offering exceptional career growth opportunities.This immersive learning experience includes local and global business assignments, specialized functional training, product expertise related to Port vehicles, and invaluable professional networking opportunities within our international organization.Reporting to the Spanish CST Sales Manager and functionally to the Head of Port Operations, this role aims to provide vital support across various areas of the Port Business Field, with flexibility for up to 50% regional travel.Responsibilities: Execute project assignments based on rotations, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.Support operational processes, including digital solutions management, order processing, on-site setups, and data reporting.Assist with after-sales services, handling customer complaints, documentation, and liaising with Headquarters.Aid in managing Fleet Ports Clients, including product management, pricing strategies, and field tests.Identify opportunities and new potential businesses through market analysis and trend monitoring.Conduct Customer Assessments by analyzing relevant customer business data.Requirements: Fluent in English.Technical and business administration educational background (University degree).Proficient in Excel and Power BI.Sales acumen with an understanding of diverse market requirements.Financial literacy, including business plan comprehension and financial KPI analysis.Strong data collection skills.Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building abilities.Background in marketing with a keen interest in Ports.Benefits: Hybrid position: 2 days work from home.Schedule: 9:00-18:00.#LI-AR1
