This involves supporting the CEO and CFO & Head of Strategy and collaborating with the rest of the executive team and all the geographies to define and track SAM strategic initiatives and projects, and steer the business towards achieving its goals.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Business and Strategic Analysis: Support the CEO and the CFO in performing strategic analysis of business opportunitiesStrategy Development: Support the CEO and the CFO in the development of the strategy, and tracking of key strategic initiativesLead or oversight specific key internal projects (definition phase as well as implementation and execution)Lead development of documents for different fora (SAM Executive Forum, Board of Directors, WMI Division, Group)Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategiesPlan, coordinate and lead meetings and workshopsWork with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goalsIdentify and help solving core problems or opportunities within the businessWork under high pressure/ exposure with tight deadlines and a changing environmentEXPERIENCE4-8 years of experience in similar rolesPrior experience in Consulting or Investment Banking highly valuableEDUCATIONBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.Master´s degree is a plus.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEStrong communication skills: both oral and written (word memos, presentantions, etc)Superb problem solving and analytical skillsOur work touches 140 million lives every day.
