.Job TitleSAP GRC and Security Senior AnalystSummary of the RoleThe SAP GRC and Security Senior Analyst will contribute to enhance the GRC access management and controls, as responsible of the Design, build and test cycle for any SAP GRC functionality to be implemented.He / she will be the responsible to define the user provisioning and the process control with SAP GRC solution and build the SAP roles for Amadeus Group and IDM applications based on business requirements.In this role you'll :Design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of SAP and non-SAP systems authorizations (S4H, R3, CRM, BW, Fiori, COUPA) with regards to business requirements.Participate in special projects in order to enhance the current authorization model in dependency with other corporate functions.Assist business units in the role assignment; provide ad hoc information required in order to ensure an adequate level of risk awareness through the organization.Responsible for DBT (design / build and test) cycle for any SAP GRC functionality to be implemented.Maintain and update the Amadeus Corporate Segregation of Duties (SoD) Matrix in SAP GRC solution, applicable at Corporate Level through the entire organization for different SAP modules.Responsible for user provisioning, implementing processes to automatize the user provisioning from SAP GRC and Amadeus IDM applications.Maintain ICFR Controls in SAP GRC, including automatization of controls using available information in the different SAP modules.Maintain IT controls matrix for the applications included in the process in Scope.Maintain SAP GRC updated with the new functionalities delivered by the third party (yearly upgrades and support package implementation)Develop and support SAP GRC connectivity with any other financial tool used at corporate level (Coupa / Cytric / BW / CRM / Hybris)Elaborate periodic security reporting to key stakeholders (Top Management, Finance Units, Compliance areas)About the ideal candidateTo succeed in your new role, you're required to have relevant experience in the following areas :3+ years of experience (2 years of experience in a Big4 firm as IT consultant)Education : Engineer in Computer Science, Telecommunication or related, or Finance and business degreeExperience in S4H & ECC (BI, SD, CO, FA, HR, Hybris) authorization modelProven experience in the implementation of SAP GRC 10.1 in all modules, strong knowledge in Process and Access controlsGood understanding of the travel and distribution industry, would be an assetAbility to demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, accounting fundamentals, audit, internal control, risk management, IT controls
