Joining the HR & Travel Expenses team as a Payroll Consultant, you will primarily collaborate in the management of the ongoing payroll support in SAP. You will be responsible for delivering high quality support performance in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements and within the agreed budget. You will focus on the more technical aspects of the projects, like payroll developments, data migration, integration and coordination / participation in development work. You will ensure that issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively. You will co-ordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring the integration with other processes / teams.You will manage the operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers with respect to planning, execution and quality control. Integration with SAP HCM (CPI)ABAP/4 programming– Support in Change Management Processes:Participation in the cloud project for introducing Employee Central with a focus on migration and replication of employee master dataCoordination of external consultantsOnboarding of new users– Deep knowledge in payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme, payroll functions.– Previous experience in SAP HR consulting.– Knowledge of Human Resources business processes.– Fluency in English and German is a must.
