Your missions Integrated into the AMS department and under the supervision of an AMS Team Manager, the overall responsibility of SAP HCM Junior Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP client as follows: Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activitiesManage simple tickets after having received functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way toimplement itGenerate easy-to-maintain bug free code and customizing respecting Alight best practices Operate required system tests using either provided or self generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specificationsProvide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handledManage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met. Regularly report onstatus and progress to the AMO Team ManagerMaintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issuesUnderstand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architectureWhat we ask for: Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalentSolid verbal and written communication skills in English and FrenchPrevious experience in SAP HCM application maintenance is a plusAbility to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and to consistently achieve qualitystandardsService-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountabilityStrong analytical and problem solving skillsDiscretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of informationFlexible Working So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
