Are you ready to join us?The Tribe Lead in SAP Consulting is a key leadership position responsible for guiding and managing a team of SAP consultants to deliver exceptional SAP solutions and services to clients.This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills to drive successful SAP Payroll project outcomes.Among the Responsibilities- Responsible for overseeing a group or "tribe" of SAP Payroll consultants- Managing their work on various SAP projects- Ensuring the successful delivery of SAP solutions and services to clients- Drive standardization actions/projects throughout the tribe (chapters)- Ensure standardized ways of working are being used on the shopfloor- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of SAP consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.- Define team goals, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.- Promote continuous learning and skill development among team members.- Oversee multiple SAP projects within the tribe, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with client requirements.- Assign project tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.What do we have to offer?An attractive salary based on your experience and achievement.
