Regularly report on status and progress to the Team ManagerMaintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issuesUnderstand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture Qualifications – InternalAs a senior agent there will also be some coaching tasks for juniors agents, High level of support for legal changes in FR and subject matter expert on everything related to PY in SAP
