Join our growing international team with offices in Alicante, Tallinn, Zug, Riga & Dover with over 90 Inteligenta employees from 10+ nationalities.We are currently looking for a Recruitment SpecialistYou will:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process; - Supervise and lead a team, working closely with Sales Managers to ensure recruitment priorities are aligned with business needs; - Develop recruitment strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and keep abreast of developments in the field; - Provide support and guidance to candidates; - HR projects: hiring process automation, HR analytics, performance metrics.We are looking for:- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist; - Ability to manage and recruit; - Ability to extract valuable insights and make decisions based on data-driven information; - Be a good team player and take responsibility; - Hands-on experience increating recruitment performance metrics; - Excellent communication and people skills; - Excellent English and Russian language skills; - Consultancy experienceis a must; - Knowledge of the specifics of sourcing candidates in one of the areas of expertise SAP, Microsoft, Oracle is required.What we offer:- Hybrid work schedule; - Laptop or other equipment to work comfortably by request; - In-office gym; courses and conferences, company discount card for various products & services and much more; - Free daily meals, snacks and drinks; - Career growth and development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
