Tasks We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a major player in luxury brands, seeking a skilled SAP Success Factors Consultant to join their team based in Barcelona. Requirements Experience Needed: Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors modules, including Employee Central ( must have configuration experience ), Talent Development, Salary Review (SSFF), MBO, and Performance & Goals (desirable but not essential). Strong background in HR IT systems and related processes. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Excellent English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
