As a SAP Consultant SF HCM, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management solutions for our clients. Role and Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their HR requirements and business objectives.Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, focusing on HCM and payroll modules.Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet client needs, with a focus on Spanish payroll localization.Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including system testing, training, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery.Required Skills and Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM payroll consulting.Proven experience in at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP) implementation project.Official certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP).Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Native Spanish language proficiency.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Available locations: Madrid and Sevilla.
