Areas of research include computational and network biology, machine/deep learning, cheminformatics, predictive modeling, patient stratification, and method development for analysis and interpretation of biological data.We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and collaborative Scientist, Predictive Molecular Research to join us in facing challenging scientific problems head-on and demonstrating how computational research can transform the lives of patients.The successful candidate will:Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams at the interface between biology, chemistry and machine learning to advance the discovery novel therapeutic targets and/or small-molecule compoundsDesign and implement leading-edge predictive and generative deep learning approaches to accelerate early drug discovery effortContribute to the elucidation of key features and mechanisms that drive the properties of protein-degrading molecules and their interactions with targets through structural modeling and molecular docking analysesCollaborate as a member of cross-functional teams in multiple locations to design experiments, guide data generation, and validate in silico findingsCreatively identify opportunities to apply or develop predictive approaches that contribute to the data-driven understanding of mechanisms of action and indications.Develop and deploy simple analytical tools to assist project scientists in their investigational workflows.Requirements:PhD in bioinformatics, biophysics, computer science or related fields accompanied by original research publications.Strong experience in machine learning, preferably with demonstrated application of generative, graph-based, transformer, or geometric deep learning approachesWorking knowledge of data processing and machine learning libraries in python/R (pandas, sklearn, tensorflow, PyTorch, etc)Exposure to early drug discovery processesAttention to detail and capacity to communicate technical/scientific concepts clearly and concisely to audiences of varied backgrounds.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
