As the Scrum master, you will be responsible for our agile processes and the scrum meetings. Your role is to increase the dev teams efficiency, to motivate them with a clear vision and passionate drive with a delivery-driven approach. You will be driving the implementation projects and setting standards for the team. You will guide them through the organizational structures of the company and the different agile processes used. The ultimate goal of the Scrum Master is to facilitate the work without creating coercion, assigning or dictating the work. The aim is also to ensure a quality environment for the employees and a timely performance of the tasks. Responsibilities Facilitating Scrum Events : Organize and facilitate key Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring they are effective and productive. Coaching and Mentoring : Coach and mentor the Scrum Team on Scrum principles, practices, and values, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities and encouraging self-organization and cross-functionality.
