Advance English level is valuable.Educational Background - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business is essentialExperience - A minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT-Sales Department with a strong focus on Financial Markets, or in a Sales team as an Account Manager (customer care)Industry Knowledge - Comprehensive understanding of the terminology used in the IT industry and Financial MarketsMotivation - The candidate must be highly motivated and drivenStress Management - Ability to handle stressful situations effectively and manage deadlines efficientlyTeamwork and Independence - Must be a team player with the ability to also work independently when requiredIT Knowledge - Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software, and IT servicesInterpersonal Skills - Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and individuals within the organizationGoal-Oriented - Ability to meet goals in a competitive environment with a results-driven attitudeYour role in the team Customer Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, establishing connections with key business executives and stakeholders.Client Communication - Respond to client queries promptly and effectively, and facilitate meetings between clients and the tech team.Network Expansion: Actively work towards expanding the network and client pool.Product Knowledge - Achieve fluency in all products and services offered by the company.Product Expert - Capable of answering questions, describing benefits, and discussing the pros and cons of various competing products or services.Business Development - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities among existing customers.Sales Leadership - Lead customers through the sales process, identify their needs, and close the sale effectively.Report and Proposal Writing - Possess the ability to write comprehensive reports and proposals.After-Sales Support - Gather feedback from customers and provide after-sales support as required.
