The aim of this role is to control and manage fair distribution AP/AR daily workload, to monitor operational KPIs and ensure smooth run of operational routine within the AP/AR team.Operational:To prepare AP-AR team KPI dashboard;To prepare and communicate individual performance dashboards for AP-ARsTo work on the daily assignment of tasks for AP-ARs & guarantee balanced workload distribution between AP-ARs;To monitor bank balance reconciliation and limits control;To collect information and feedback from the team regarding problems/technical issues with working tools and processes – communicate them to TL for possible solutions;To act as a Single Point of Contact for difficult cases within Treasury;To process payments and transfers requests when necessary;To organize effective and clear handover between AP-ARs;To participate in the organization and further follow up of the onboarding process for newcomers.Leadership:?
