This project entails a comprehensive redesign of an existing application from a leading health insurance company, transforming it into two fully native apps (Android and iOS). Two dedicated teams will work concurrently to ensure seamless development. The primary objective of migrating to native apps is to enhance the current user experience, alongside the integration of new features.
How will you contribute to Nuvolar's Mobile team? To support our mission, you'll make the following contributions:
Develop applications according to specifications.Migration to Android major versions.Release production versions of the app through the Play Store console.Provide proper feedback on code reviews.Design testing architecture.Following and encouraging the following of architectural patterns.Mentor associate members of the team.Decide which spikes to investigate.Perform technical interviews of candidates.Find ways to improve processes.Liaison with clients.Now, what will make you succeed with us? Android SDK (app life cycle, layout/compose, services, broadcasts, threading) with solid Java and/or Kotlin knowledge.Good understanding of network protocols.Design patterns (factory methods, singletons, MVC, MVVM).Gradle.Database knowledge (sqlite and/or room).Efficient debugging and network analysis.Git.Will be a plus if you have experience with:

2nd step: Technical test If the cultural fit interview goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team.
3rd step: Technical Interview with the team After passing the technical test, it's time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
