Senior Architect

1. In Charge in the overall design and production of drawings for the project 2. Handles Junior architects in the schematic design phase until construction phase of the project 3. Must have a minimum of 10 years of diversified experience in Design, Construction and supervision. 4. Minimum to No need to monitor his work as he is capable of handling the and the group of architects. 5. Supervises the construction phase of the project from time to time to be familiarize with the ongoing progress of work 6. No need to have full time inspection of the project 7. Must have designed a minimum of Five Storey Building, have designed Interior Fit-Outs projects. 8. Must have experience in working abroad and familiar with the British Standard of Specification. 9. Capable of solving the problem during the construction phase and has Decision Making Capacity 11. Must be a license Architect 12. Must be adept to CAD software-expert in the production drawing (Construction Drawing) of CAD 13. Must be capable of providing rendered drawing and Free-Hand sketches for presentation* Licensed Architect * Minimum of Three (5-10) years related work experience in Design and Execution, Property Development * Must have experience in Mall/Retail industry * Expert in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Visio as well as other specialized software like SAP, CADD and others * Expert in local building codes and international standards in design and construction industry * Above average proficiency level of communication (oral and written) and creative thinking skills * Knowledgeable in various design phases like conceptualization, schematic, design development, project handover and supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
