Senior Associate Director, Financial Support

Overview:Senior Associate Director.Financial SupportThe Financial Support department is looking for a Senior Associate Director.He/She will be responsible for Project Management of VPE & HHRR areas.He/She must have experience in managing Finance & Economics projects.Responsibilities:Key Action Areas:- Project management: planning, coordinating and- Understanding the needs of business areas in order to identify and specify solutions to support them.- Management and follow-up with the business areas of IT projects.- Management of providers of the systems that support the areas under his/her responsibility.- Direct report to the Financial Support Manager.Qualifications:Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar.- A master's degree from a top-ranked university is desired.- Experience with ERP: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR or other financial/HR Applications is desired.- Minimum 5-8 years of experience.- Knowledge in Office Suite, Power BI.- The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills since he/she will be working with IT functional responsible (Business Partners), Users Areas, vendors and outsource IT support.- Fluent English & Spanish, both written and spoken.
