We support our clients in the definition and execution of their strategic transformation plans, through global disruptive solutions in the area of Treasury & Capital Markets covering the following products:o FX : Spot, FWD, American FWD, NDF (Non-Deliverable Swap), Option, Swap, Futures.o Rates : FWD, IRS, Cross Currency Swap, Credit Default Swap, Swaptions, NDS (Non-Deliverable Swap), Futures, Options (Cap, Floor), Bond, Repo.o Equity : Futures, Options, Warrants, OTC.o Credit : Credit Default Swaps, Credit Link Notes, CDOs, CRDIs.o Money Market : T-Bills, Commercial Papers, CDs.What are we looking for?o University degree (Business Management, Engineering, Economics or similar).o More than 3 years of experience working within the Wholesale Banking Business or in a financial entity in Treasury & Capital Markets area with the following products: FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equities, Credit. Having experience in G-SIB or big financial entities is a plus (specially Santander Group and BBVA Group).o Experience in executing projects related with business transformation covering all or part of business processes (pretrade, trade and postrade) and/or regulatory requirements related with banking activity in capital markets (MIFID, IBOR Transition, SFTR, ECMS, Market Abuse, etc.) and related risk management (FRTB, SA-CCR, KCVA, IOSCO).o Experience in Big4 or specialized business consulting companies and/or working for business/product area and cross areas (finance, risk, compliance) on Global Markets.o Conceptual knowledge of front-to-risk-to-back IT architecture and business processes that support Global Markets products & solutions.o Functional knowledge of Capital Markets vendors platforms like Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg, SS&C Algorithmics, Numerix, FIS, Finastra, etc.o Understanding of the role of technology as a key driver for digital transformation .o Languages: Advanced level of written and spoken English .
