EmailThe Senior Business Controller is responsible for providing thorough business insights to the Commercial and Industrial Operations management as well as to our corporate headquarters that translate into precise reporting, value-adding controlling, and improved margins.The position supports and helps the Finance team to continually deliver accurate information and timely insights.Specific Responsibilitiesfinancial reviews and variance analysis with stakeholders to monitor profitability and lead to financially-savvy decisions.thorough monthly analysis of the manufacturing sites: Plant result, production volumes, production added value, Inventories rotation, Capex & Opex monitoring, amongst other KPIs.the Commercial team with a monthly reporting of our revenues as well as close monitoring of profitability. Provide ad-hoc analysis on business cases, investments, product launches, pricing decisions, etc.with the month-end closing reporting and consolidation, ensuring high standards and timely delivery to management (both internal and headquarters).in the preparation of the budget and forecasting processes and lead the planning process of the commercial and production sites. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of department SOPs, KPI reporting and facilitate presentations to the mAbxience Executive Committee (MEC) on regulatory CMC strategy.Requirements and personal skillsEducation:Degree in Finance/Business/Accounting. Solid understanding of Financial Statements, budgeting & forecasting processes is required. Finance-related postgraduate degree and/or professional qualification (CFA, CPA, CIMA) are highly valued.Languages:Fluent English required (oral and written); knowledge of Spanish and other languages will be an asset.Experience (years/area):Minimum 6 year's experience as a Business Controller and/or Plant Controller in an industrial environment. Solid experience with multi-currency geographies is a must.Specific Knowledge:Strong business acumen required; ability to deep-dive into details as well as having a more holistic, high-level view is needed. Experience preparing reports and presenting financials to non-financial executives is required. Additional experience as a Commercial Finance Business Partner ideally within the Pharma/Biotech industry is also appreciated. Strong knowledge of SAP Business Objects, SAP BPC, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) required. Advanced level of excel, Power Point.
