A first-class automotive equipment and systems manufacturer specialising in fluid management and mechanisms, our client offers state-of-the-art industrial and technological expertise in applying and processing materials (plastics, rubber, metal) and mechatronic integration.Our client has 12,000 employees in more than 20 different countries.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :Fully responsible about the management of his/her team of buyers.Responsible about the Purchasing Strategy execution on his commodity; aligned with the GlobalPurchasing Strategy, processes and rules of the group.For a dedicated Region and Material Group, based on guidance given by his/her Director or recommendation from Commodity Lead Buyer (CLB), the Buyer is fully responsible for managing his/her suppliers base from Start of Production until business end of life.The Senior Buyer is responsible about the Operational Performance KPIs achievement, and supplier action plan follow up in case of deviation.The Senior Buyer is in close contact with the CLB to ensure the Purchasing Strategy execution and Performance review.The Senior Buyer is responsible about the Productivity Plan definition and execution with suppliers, in relation with product line teams and operations.The Senior Buyer is responsible about the Budget definition, execution and reporting on his commodity.REQUIREMENTS :Bachelor's degree reinforced by 5 years experience minimum in Purchasing in the manufacturing sectorCommodities experience: Building, IT, Intellectuals services, Maintenance, Transport...-English /French / Spanish Fluent:Candidate must be fluent in all languages-Able to travel in foreign countries-Team Player with excellent communication skills, listening, enthusiasm, perseverance, decision makingSenior Buyer (Indirect Commodities) #purchasing #english #french #automotive #manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
