Your role Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure using industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop cloud solutions that meet business needs. Configure and optimize Linux systems for maximum performance and scalability. Monitor and maintain cloud environments to ensure uptime, performance, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, and associated technologies. Implement and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline system administration tasks. Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and trends and make recommendations for improvement. Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, with a focus on Sysadmin and Linux. Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) Proficiency in Linux system administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Knowledge of scripting languages, particularly Shell scripting. Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and Java frameworks. Proven experience working in Cloud environments, specifically OCI and AWS. Utilizing technologies from the Cloud and BigData technologies such as ElasticSearch, Hadoop, Spark… Experience implementing Infrastructure as code with Terraform.
