We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Consulting team.

What are the position's challenges? Participating in consulting projects by conducting survey interviews, analyzing insights, making improvement recommendations, designing engagement models and analytical models.
Managing and leading Consultants and Analysts within the project team.
Coordinating comprehensive industry trend and best practice research for key account development.
Contributing to the business development process by coordinating preparation of service proposals and participating in interactions with clients.
Developing new content to expand the service portfolio.
Actively participating in the search for new candidates for the company, leading the Consultant and Analyst recruitment process.
Who are we looking for? Professionals with

At least 5 years of work experience in similar positions (Mandatory).
Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Economic Sciences, or related fields (Mandatory).
Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory).
Proficiency in Office Package: Excel and PowerPoint - Advanced (Mandatory).
Knowledge of analysis tools: Power BI or Tableau (Desirable).
High availability to travel (for periods of up to three months).
