Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group.Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.Role purpose: The role is responsible for the functional support of S/4Hana business application together to deliver functional solutions in projects.The major purpose of the role is to serve locations running S/4 as their ERP platform.Responsibilities: Issue resolution on incidents and problems for the live units in S/4Hana in scope for SAP PM module Provides application maintenance, 2nd and 3rd level production support services toward the supported live locations globally Provides appropriate solutions upon Business Area requirements Service and Change request management Ensure stable business process continuation and improvements Functional solution delivery in SAP projects Works independently on larger, complex project assignments End to end accountable for the tickets assigned to him/her and managed to be delivered on the best quality and timely manner Guide developers and testers Dedicated a high focused business support during period end closing and critical business activities like shipping and manufacturing, etc.Design, configure, test and train business solutions in collaboration with solution/architect team Participate in hyper care and take over location support from project team Proactive system improvement proposals and initiatives Preventive business process support Works closely with business support departments to translate business requirements into feasible solutions Close working relationship with technical, solution delivery, architect, analytics, basis and authorization teams all involved in the different business support processes Come up continuously with business and process related improvement ideas Provide and maintain process documentations like problem, incident and change management Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a comparable role within SAP (ECC6/ S4 Hana) with hands-on application management or project organization Experience with SAP PM module Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred IT/ Business degree or equivalent SAP certification is preferred In depth understanding of the business processes related to the SAP applications and modules Expert SAP knowledge with configuration and trouble shooting skills Fluency in English (verbal and written) SAP implementation and post live support experience in multinational environment Knowledge of basic change management procedures within IT (ITIL) Debugging experience is a plus What we offer you: Working at the world's only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy company Diverse, global teams Flexible work environment/home office We provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from experts Possibility to grow with the company, gain new certifications Attractive benefit package Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among employees.We encourage all qualified candidates to apply.Qualified applicants will be considered regardless of race, religion, nationality, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status, or disability.We strive to provide equal opportunities for all to contribute and succeed with us.Applications from severely disabled and equally disabled people will be considered with equal suitability.
