Senior Controller, Finance And Accounting Team

col-wideJob Description:PositionThe candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities and financial analysis activities and working with staff responsible for operating group level decision support activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the publication and communication of financial results, the quarterly process for segment budgeting and forecasting, and the coordination and communication of requests for capital.Responsibilities• Identify and lead financial process improvement projects on a global level• Direct staff responsible for partnering with operating group leaders, examining financial performance, investigating opportunities for profit enhancement, and recommending actions that promote improved financial results• Lead preparation and presentation of quarterly budgets and business plans. Coordinate budget timelines and submissions, working with operating group leaders and Corporate Finance• Lead preparation and presentation of monthly financial results• Identify and lead strategic decision analysis projects (e.g., facility investments, profitability analysis) to drive value• Manage capital expenditure planning and reporting• Develop and maintain partner relationships with senior leadership by providing decision support through adequate and timely informationAdditional Responsibilities• Direct the annual planning and quarterly forecasting process globally• Global consolidation of all planning, forecasting, and management reportingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance (or a combination of work / post-graduate education)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFluency in English and SpanishOwn vehicleWork permit for SpainAdditional Job Preferences:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and managerial skillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role is a plusWorking experience in CRO is a plusFluency in Korean language is a plusExperience with ERPs is a plusExperience in healthcare or life sciences industry is a plusTerms of employmentIndefinite contractFull-timeMorning work ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
