ABOUT THE ROLE As a Sr. Accounting and Controlling Specialist, you will work within the accounting and finance function of the Group, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. This is a role that will require attention to detail and drive. The key responsibilities are as follows: Verify the Book-keeping of monthly transactions to their correct coding within the accounting recordsReconciliation of monthly revenues and reconciliation with payment processorsContribute to financial audit processesGeneral controlling of entities: Income and Expenses reviewing along with deferrals and accrualsVerify project development according to budget and analyze deviations that occurredPrepare KPI and PL for Controlling manager necessary for Board of Directors ReportsManage relationships with external accounting service providers to make the accounting function as accurate and agile as possibleABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will: Bachelor's degree or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field3 or more of years experience within audit, accounting, or similar functions (experience in audit is a plus)1 or more years of controllingNear-native level proficiency in English. French would be highly valuable.Proactive, self-starter, able to communicate clearly both internally and externallyRigorous and meticulousAutonomous and organizedTeam playerYou can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn, and can work nimbly.
