Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in one of the projects of our top pharma clients! Role focused on applying data analysis techniques to support business decision-making. Main tasks often include performing data analysis, creating reports, and developing data visualizations. You will need to assist in the development of data models and algorithms under the supervision of internal senior data analyst colleagues. In addition to your technical responsibilities, Data Analysts are expected to understand the business context of their work. You will participate in meetings and presentations to better understand the needs of stakeholders and the operational objectives of the organization. The Senior Data Analysts provide them with guidance, feedback, and opportunities to deliver the services with excellence. Key Responsibilities : • Gather and clean data to ensure it is of high quality and relevant for analysis. • Perform analysis of data using statistical tools and techniques. • Create regular reports to present data in an understandable and meaningful way. • Develop data visualizations to help communicate findings. • Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data integrity. • Work closely with team members, particularly Senior Data Analysts, to understand and execute analysis tasks. • Keeping up to date to apply new data analysis techniques and work with latest tools. • Use analytical skills to solve problems and provide solutions based on data. • Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical team members. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare business. • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. • Presentation and Storytelling
