What you're responsible for Leadexcitingprojects - varying in size from large to smallWorking in close partnership with our clients, providing support and whatever is needed to assist the Client's internal teamCollaborate with your Design Director and all members of the Unispace team to ensure that our powerful methodology is delivered throughout the entire project life cycleCommunicate with clients, other designers, consultants, technical and construction teams to ensure that wewowour clientsLead project teams in the management of all design work, including compiling drawings, finish boards and full documentation setsCreateand deliver presentations that wow our clientsDeliver projects that are bothbeautiful, functionaland profitablePitch in where-ever needed as a valued member of a cross-functional teamContribute to our culture of equality, creativity and innovation; think outside the boxImplementing design best standards/practices, processes and technology solutions within the studio, to enhanceUnispace'scapability and effectivenessIdentifying and reporting risks to your Design Director, where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practicesContinually enhancing depth and breadth of design skills, staying current with external marketYour qualifications, skills & experience Tertiary qualification or equivalent in design-related disciplinePassion for interior designExperience managing high performing project teams, preferrable on high profile workplace projectsProficiency in the use of design tools, including Revit CAD, InDesign and PhotoshopDemonstrated willingness to develop existing skills and learn new ones in order to contribute to the team, support ourclients and grow within the businessExperience pitching to high profile clients, strong written and verbal presenterYou will be positive and energetic while working under pressure and managing multiple deadlinesYou are a true collaborator, able to create strong relationships with those around you and have a desire to learn and understand how our business worksEmotionally intelligent, you enjoy bringing together and coordinating many stakeholders to work towards a common goalWe want you to have opinions and express your thoughts/experience, knowing how to influence and persuade stakeholders to get to the best outcomePreviously worked within the UK and understands the industry/local marketCommercial interior design project experience
