Working with the Commissioning Editor and/or Product Owner, alongside the wider cross-functional team, you will be responsible for ensuring that both print and digital products are delivered on time and within budget. About you You are an experienced editorial professional, looking for a new challenge, with the ability to be flexible and personable, whilst working both independently and collaboratively as part of an international and cross-functional team. Alongside your strong editorial project planning and management skills, you will bring to the team your analytical thinking, and the ability to plan long-term whilst adapting to changing circumstances and being responsive to setbacks through creative problem-solving. You will have a proven track record of working to tight deadlines and delivering to specification and budget, as well as experience in a wide range of ELT products and workflows. To be successful you will demonstrate: Experience of working effectively with authors, in-house teams and external freelancers and suppliers. Knowledge of ELT pedagogy theory and practice, including a CELTA/TESOL qualification and/or equivalent experience. Experience of Cambridge English Qualifications, preferably in an editorial capacity. Proficient use of English with strong writing and speaking skills, as well as active listening skills. Knowledge of learning and assessment methodologies. A degree in a relevant field or proven comparable experience.
