Please note, anyone looking to stay based in continental Europe will be brought on as a contractor and will be working remotely with once or twice-a-month required client site visits.This opportunity comes with a great salary increase, flexible hours, pension scheme, travel expenses paid, regular training/mentoring further college support, support for chartership, progression, professional subscription fee, heavily subsidized social events and more!The RoleLead the Electrical Services design for a range of projectsDesign and specification of electrical services for various types of buildings and sectorsProduction of detailed SchematicsDevelop the electrical design standards within the organisationMentoring of junior engineering staffProvide fully detailed tender packages and monitor installation/quality on site until project completionTender report/analysis / recommendations and develop project scope with design team/client.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Autocad, Dialux, Amtech, REVIT an advantageProduce budgets and reports for clientsThe role will be primarily office based but will involve some site attendancesBe capable of taking the lead on projects with minimal input from management teamThe CandidateMinimum 3+ years of electrical building services design experience required.Knowledge of Irish and European Standards is preferred, but not essential.
