Develop and execute a global leadership development strategy that aligns with our overall business strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment across our Business UnitsAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR Development teams in our Business Units and HR business partners providing insights and recommendations on talent management, succession planning and leadership development needsDesign and deliver leadership development initiatives, including team workshops, coaching programs, diagnostic toolsFurther develop our leadership training offers together with the HR teams of our Business Units, external vendors, consultants, and academic institutionsSteer and further develop the annual leadership review process, succession planning for our leaders as well as the global development dialog in SAP SuccessFactorsAcademic degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in leadership development, leadership training, or talent management roles, preferably in a global or multinational organizationProven track record of designing and delivering successful leadership development programs and leadership trainingsSound knowledge of the market of external vendors, consultants, and academic institutions for leadership development and trainingProficiency in successfully planning and rolling out projectsCultural sensitivity and adaptability, with experience working across diverse regions and geographiesFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusExperience in change management or in moderating workshops is a plus•Secure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable, and sustainable industry and an attractive compensation package
