Then you might be the dynamic controller we're looking for!Job DescriptionAs a Senior Controller you work closely with the finance and business management for your scope. You not only play a critical role in supporting key management decisions (translating business topics of a broad scope into financials and also challenge them). You are also responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis based on business information. You are in regular contact with other finance colleagues: the local & global accounting team, other controllers, the billing and invoicing teams, and have intensive interaction with the business managers. A combination of these is key to being successful in this function.We offer you a very dynamic working environment while taking up different challenges, close to the heart of the company and with a good balance between strategic view, routine operations, and ad hoc work.Your main areas of responsibility are:Be the finance SPOC and the finance key person for your scope by helping the business to translate strategic decisions into financials and use the financials to help steer in the right directionSupport your finance colleagues in the cluster where neededUnderstand the business model and market to be able to challenge the business where neededBased on financials and business discussions, manage risks and opportunities together within your businessOwner of the budget, forecast, and long-term planning of your scopeStory-building of actuals and challenge the financials, in comparison with budget, forecast & previous year as well as historical trends of your scopeInteract with local accounting and billing/invoicing teamsProvide ad hoc analysis e.G
