We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Financial Manager to join our team and lead our financial operations as we continue our global expansion. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the Academy of Digital Industries, ensuring sustainable growth and excellence in financial management.
Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies for growth and sustainability.
Create and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports / statements for executive and board review.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Collaborate on analysing funding and investment opportunities.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure efficient processes.
Contribute financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and cost structures for optimization.
Provide financial expertise for expansion into new markets.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Job requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA / ACCA preferred.
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong understanding of financial management in the context of a growing and dynamic organization.
Experience with fundraising, investments, and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
