ResponsibilitiesEnsure that our math profiles are engaging and exciting for our players, matching the target parameters you will help to set, while ensuring the game is mathematically and mechanically compliant in all jurisdictions RAW operates withinEnsure that RAW is mathematically and game mechanically aware of market trends and collate market leading ideas for math designs and improvementsYou will establish specifications (Math Design / Profiling Document) for the games and along with architects and the requirements analyse to ensure that Game Studios receive the necessary information to produce the gameBe responsible for meeting targets, goals and objectives for your game productions, according to the RAW Game RoadmapResponsible for actively assisting Game Product Marketing Team in the review of the Game Guides, Game Presentations and similarActively collaborate with Team Management in the Game Studios and suggesting new game ideas and mechanicsActively collaborate with Certification and Release managers in the Project Delivery teamAlign with stakeholders to secure transparency and clear communication for mathematical, technical and operational matters Qualifications3+ years of experience as a game mathematician with a proven track recordYou must be a EU citizen or hold a valid visa to work in the EUDeep understanding of the iGaming market and what makes games perform, especially from a math and mechanic perspectiveYou have a profound understanding of the player needs / preferencesYou understand what is needed by game developers / studios, platform developers and what works in relation to what is required for a successful game deliveryYou have worked with or have a strong understanding of progressive jackpot gamesYou are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and have good communication skillsDegree in a technical subject, such as mathematics/statistics, engineering, or computer scienceInterest and experience in mathematics statistics, probability and quantitative analysis Other informationModern and fun working environmentRegular career and personal growth meetingsMedical Health Insurance and health benefitsPlacement:Choice between Malta, Malaga Spain or Chichester UKDesired Start:As soon as possible
