We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing, and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people worldwide daily.What You Will DoIntercompany Reconciliation: Perform monthly intercompany income/expense entries and reconciliations of intercompany balances to ensure accurate transfer pricing, recording and elimination of transactions between several Scopely group companies, including monitoring settlements between companiesMonitor intercompany transactions, ensuring they are appropriately documented, recorded, and comply with company policies and accounting standardsInvestigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances in intercompany accounts promptly, collaborating with relevant departments or teams when necessarySupport compliance efforts related to transfer pricing documentation and ensure adherence to applicable tax and accounting regulationsAssist in the closing processes, specifically focusing on intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, as well as monthly cost allocation and bonus accrual entriesCollaborate effectively with various teams, subsidiaries, and external auditors to address queries and provide necessary information during auditsLeverage ERP system and coordinate/post expense allocations according to internal cost allocation rulesPartner with FP&A team to design and document efficient cost allocation processes across various Scopely group companiesWhat You Will NeedMinimum 3 years experience in general ledger accounting, or similar.Bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting, or in a related specialization.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentExperience in working in an international company over multiple locationsDemonstrated history of process improvementsPrior experience working with Oracle will be an advantageExcellent communications skills in EnglishExcellent analytical skillsAdvanced user of Microsoft Excel and other MS packagesAt Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!
