Eurovision Services is looking for a Senior GL Accountant to join our Finance Department in Madrid.ABOUT US:With over 60 years of experience in broadcast production and distribution for major sports events, we are the top service provider for media organizations and sports federations around the world. We enable clients to maximise their content value by producing and delivering sport, news, and culture/entertainment content to the right audiences at the right time.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:As a Senior GL Accountant, you will be responsible for the following activities:Preparation of financial statements and financial report (covering all legal entities, with a focus on Geneva); Consolidation of financial statements for the entire group; Coordinating monthly accounting closing processes; Accrual accounting;Account analysis; Preparation and filing of VAT; Revenue recognitionaccounting.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or Controlling; Experience in auditcompany will be considered a plus; 5+ years in a similar positionStrong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience of working collaboratively and influencing across multiple stakeholder groupsTeam working and a proactive attitudeProfessional level of English is mandatoryFluency in Spanish or French will be considered a plus.ONCE ON BOARD YOU WILL:Be part of an outstanding multi-cultural and international teamOccasionally travel to our headquarters in Switzerland for workshops and trainingWork in a start-up culture that has a consolidated business behind itBENEFITS AND PERKS:Competitive salary and benefits28 working days of vacation for all employeeDepartment Finance Locations Madrid Remote status Hybrid About Eurovision Services Eurovision Services is the top service provider for media organizations and sports federations around the world.
