This individual collaborates with colleagues across ADM as well as agency partners to dramatize the value that ADM brings to our customers and the world.Responsibilities :Develop and execute brand storytelling, communications and other content programs in close collaboration with partners in Global Communications and Marketing, for both internal and external audiences.Drive awareness and discovery through dramatization of ADM capabilities and know-how by recommending, evaluating and executing on trade media pitches, responses and immersion opportunities.Define specific scope, budgets, timelines and goals for communications projects in concert with key stakeholders.Identify and evaluate opportunities to add value to ADM's marketing communications activities through sponsorships, speaking engagements, events, add-on events, awards, etc.Review briefs, plans, designs and deliverables for strategic value, brand alignment and audience effectiveness.Manage relationships with outside agency partners negotiating agreements, managing projects and workload, managing budgets and payments, tracking timelines, etc.Contribute to the development of activity briefs, KPI tracking, reporting and debriefs.Support awareness and adoption of corporate and marketing brand standards across the global ADM organization.Serve as a connector and collaborator across regions, teams and businesses sharing with and learning from global counterparts in Global Communications, Marketing and other corporate or business teams.Support the annual planning and budgeting process
