Come join our team at MAHLE! #StrongerTogetherHow can you become part of our success?Reporting to the Head of Controlling, your main responsibilities will be:Manage the month-end-closing and reporting process, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and compliance with guidelines and deadlines defined by the Group.Build monthly forecasts.Lead the preparation of yearly business plan. Analysis of variances vs budget and previous year.Preparation of 5 years strategic plans.Cost control and analysis of all plant expenses and KPIs.Control and monitor of product, segment, and customer profitability. Deep analysis of gross margin development.Managing relationship with stakeholders. Support plant activities from a controlling point of view.Control of subsidiary companies.What skills do you need?Degree in Finance, Management or Business.5 – 7 years of professional working experience in a similar role.Fluent in English. German is a plus.Knowledge of SAP.Knowledge of industrial sector. Automotive industry is a plus.Ability to analyse large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights.Very good team spirit and communication skills.Structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working.If you do not comply with all the requirements, don't worry, we still want to meet you!
