Works in close collaboration with the IT Consultants to understand the functional design needs, prepares technical specifications, modifies and projects before coding suitable solutions; developing detailed plans for completion of business function needs into technical programs, testing and debugging programs, developing, coding and executing unit tests, performing performance tuning.
Responsibilities Responsible for the overall achitecture and design together with the responsibility of the platform and its roadmap.Engages with other members in designing and deployment of effective solutions and ensuring integration system.Development and implementation of Sub-Domain products.Assists with development by gathering information, performing analysis,obtaining details of requirements in discussion with users.Undertakes programming, analysis and working within a team.Perform cross-platform optimization for a variety of digital mediums (desktop, mobile, etc.)Commonly oversee front end architecture and back end programming.Improving and modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware,improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.Directing system testing and validation procedures.Performs code reviews at regular intervals and participate in peer review where necessary.Small managerial responsibilities in leading development team,working directly with product owners, customers, and team members Requirements Higher education in a technical or business direction (e.g., Information technology , industrial engineer) at bachelor's level or higher.Must possess significant knowledge of SDLC (software development life-cycle).Experience around 8 years of IT expertise in software analysis, development and implementation, deep programming language knowledge.Extensive experience in Full stack development, Roll-out, and Production Support, having detailed technical expertise on multiple platforms, various programmign languages and the software development tools.Experience working on a variety of software development projects.Has a strong business or project management background.Innovation thinking and a blend of technical programming knowledge in ABAP, python, Java Scrip, HTML, SQL, JAVA, etc.Advanced English is a must, other international languages desired.Works independently and proactively and shows personal responsibility and initiative.
