Candidates need to be willing to relocate within Europe.
Candidates need to be fluent in English. A work permit isrequired, but not provided. This position is long-term and open forcontractors.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd level support on client ICTincidents;
Fulfill client ICT service requests;
Prepare, configure and maintain PCs;
Prepare, configure and maintain mobile phones andtablets;
Prepare, configure and maintain mobile offices;
Prepare and configure desk phones;
Prepare and configure USB sticks and tokens;
Perform required hardware maintenance and setuptasks;
Configure, maintain and support MFP(multi-functional printers);
Profile: Bachelor or comparable through experience;
+5 years of IT Support experience working in anITIL environment;
Possess an in-depth knowledge of Windows OS;
Good knowledge of Windows OS remote deployments;
Familiarity with Active Directory and GroupPolicies;
Understanding of an ITSM (IT Service Management)tool;
Familiarity with client hardware (desktops,laptops, mobile phones, tablets);
Knowledge of MFP (Multi-Functional Printers)maintenance and support;
Familiarity with mobile devices management andmaintenance (mobile phones, tablets);
