This is one such role!**Are you ready to make a difference?****Job Summary/Purpose**:**Your Key Responsibilities**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Collaborate with Sandoz HSE Leadership teams and major stakeholders to assess organ-izational needs and challenges corrective action plans based on an aligned global health, safety and environment strategy to manage TPRM HSE Operations risk, compliance, pre-vent major incidents to minimize HSE risk related supply chain interuptions to support Sandoz leading HSE performance..- Aligned with this strategy, develop, plan and drive implementation of appropriate policies and programs to reduce current and future TPRM HSE Operations related risks and lia-bilities.- Supports activities of supplier monitoring for key HSE targets like Scope 3 emissions, HSE improvement projects- Guides site leadership on compliance requirements with internal audit and self as-sessment programs internally and for external customer audits and authority inspec-tions.- Advises the HSE business partners for HSE self assessment activities of the Sandoz net-work- Influences leaders and associates to embed TPRM HSE Operations in the Sandoz cul-ture.- Facilitates the execution of TPRM HSE Operations and related KPIs, monitors perfor-mance and ensures accurate reporting of relevant data.**Diversity & Inclusion / EEO**:- We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Minimum Requirements**:**What you'll bring to the role**:- University degree (min.
