Job Description:We have an exciting leadership role for a Senior Manager, Product Security who will be responsible for the product and application security design, development and strategy roadmap. The Senior Manager, Product Security will contribute expertise, embrace emerging trends and provide overall guidance and governance on security best practices across all of News Corp business and technology groups.The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will be required to partner with other leaders across the global business, to identify opportunities and risks. The position will require the ability to multitask and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed.Key responsibilities include:Contribute to and develop a digital security product roadmapOversee development of secure products and featuresGovern and manage vendors and 3rd party relationships related to digital securityRepresents the News Corp Enterprise Security strategy while engaging with other senior technical leaders throughout the organizationChampions DevSecOps security model so that security is automated and elastic across all platforms.Lead and implement product security methodologies, standards and processesQualifications and Skills:BA/BS degree in Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, Cybersecurity, a related field or experience.Experience with programme and project management methodologies and road map developmentDemonstrated experience in Product or Application SecurityBackground in DevSecOps, S-SDLC, application security, threat modelling and architecture reviewsExperience developing and implementing application security processes and standardsExposure to Dev tools such as Github, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.Expertise in Cybersecurity organization practices, operations, risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering and threats and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies, tactics and strategy to protect, detect, respond and recover from attacks.Recognized expertise in Agile and implementation of security in DevSecOps, CI/CD frameworks, S-SDLCExperience with Cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google cloud (GCP)Excellent communication and presentation skills.
