SENIOR MARKET RESEARCH EXECUTIVE Job specification: • Development of winning client proposals • Lead End to end Project Management for both Qualitative and Quantitative Research o Overall Project Management and coordination with client and operations team o Designing of best research methodology to address clients' research objectives. and budget o Development of questionnaires and discussion guides o Preparation of Tabulation Specifications for Quantitative Research o Moderation of in-depth interviews/ focus group discussions o Start to use projective and advanced techniques as appropriate. o Interpretation and Analysis of project findings/results and contribute to Group debriefings. o Draw conclusions/ insights and write reports with appropriate graphics and charting o Presentation of findings to client o Overall project quality control • Pro-active and high standard client servicing • Keep abreast of current trends within market research in order to develop knowledge base. Qualities and qualification: • Diploma / degree holder of Communications Research, Marketing, Economics, Business Management, Social Sciences, or related field • At least 3 years Research Executive experience, with qualitative moderation experience • Exceptional time management skills • Good project management and organizational skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Knowledge of basic Statistics an advantage • Computer literate. Good with Excel charting and PowerPoint graphics. • Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure • Self – driven and able to manage projects independently. • Effective in spoken and written English communication skills. • Working experience in a Market Research Agency is an advantage.
