We want to make sure our people reflect the communities across the world we help travel.lastminute.comN.V. is a publicly-traded company listed under the ticker symbol LMN on the SIX Swiss Exchange.Job DescriptionLast minute is looking for a Senior Pricing Manager – Hotel only who will directly report to our Head of Hotels business.This role will:Define a market-leading pricing strategy for Hotels stand-alone product across lastminute.com group websites through in-depth economical and product analysis.Develope and implement dynamic pricing strategies and yield management tools considering all the various revenue streams and operational costs of the Hotels business to accelerate and optimize revenue growth.Work on A/B testing and data ingestion evaluation to continuously improve pricing strategy and corresponding impact on conversion and customer acquisition.Define, implement and continuously optimise our positioning and revenue on Hotel meta channels.Key ResponsibilitiesVery vertical focus to grow multi-channel hotel businessBe responsible for the budgetDrive analytical strategy for Hotels business revenue optimisationIn depth analysis of economic and product dataModelling of dynamic pricing strategy and evolutionDevelopment of pricing tools together with product teamCompetitor and market data ingestion and analysisQualificationsSkills and Experience3+ year in hotel digital business (hotel chains, OTA's)Proven track record in pricing and revenue management in Travel business.Knowledge of meta hotel best practices to guide teamsExcellent data extraction & analytical skillsFluency in English.Ability to influence decision-makers through presentation of analysisGreat use of excel, and data extraction/visualisation toolsSuccess cases in Hotel meta and Hotel OTA yield management and growth.Previous experience in a management role (based on business impact, he/she will be called to create his/her own team)Any other language will be considered a plusAbilities/qualitiesTeam managementAnalytical and quantitative approachProblem solving and decision making skills and innovative thinkingHigh attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time, successfully able to meet deadlinesProactivity and strategic approachAdditional InformationWhat we offerBy joining our company, you will have the chance to:Join a dynamic team in an inclusive-international environmentGrow thanks to the career journey and our internal mobility perspectiveManage your own schedule thanks to the flexible start and end of the working dayWork a shorter working week (36h), of which 4 hours on Friday morningGet focus time for learning, development and deep work on Friday morningsWork partially or fully remote according to local lawsEnjoy continuous training thanks to our company platformBenefit from employee discounts on travelReceive 2 days off per year for the purpose of volunteeringGet free snacks / fruit / hot drinks / water / beverages at our officesParticipate in amazing winter and summer corporate eventsBenefit from extended parental or marriage leave according to local laws#J-18808-Ljbffr
