ITIL, PMI, ScrumPassion and experience in business & IT transformation management with topic ownership / responsibilityStrong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressureAnalytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experienceAdvanced skills in MS Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, Power BI & MS AnalyticsExcellence in presentation and communication, with strength in facilitation, sales, and conflict managementFluent in written and spoken English and SpanishInsurance business experience is not required but a plus, the expectation is that missing experience will be caught up fast during employmentWe offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl
