You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across various databases and systems. You must possess a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Working as a data validation expert, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and reliability, ultimately contributing to the success of our organization.What you Need to Succeed Proven experience (5+ years) working in data validation, data quality assurance, data analysis, or a similar role High proficiency in SQL and Python Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, Amplitude) is a plus Experience with data validation tools and techniques, such as data profiling, data cleansing, and data reconciliation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and logically Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to producing high-quality work Passion for exploring the data, spotting patterns and detecting inconsistencies Ability to clearly document findings, summarize them and present to the stakeholders The ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally is a must. Knowledge of Spanish is not a business requirement.Your Responsibilities Develop and implement data validation tests and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, its quality and integrity Review and analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors Collaborate with data science teams to understand data requirements and validation criteria Develop automated scripts and tools for data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation Investigate root causes of data issues and recommend corrective actions and process improvements Document data validation processes, procedures, and findings for future reference Becoming a subject-matter expert in RavenPack's data analysis technology Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to data validation and quality assurance What's in it for you?
